Tight Foreskin
A tight foreskin is a common problem in boys and men. If bothersome, the condition may require further treatment with topical steroids or surgery. Often the cause is a chronic inflammatory condition called Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO). Surgery to remove the foreskin (circumcision) is an effective treatment.
